WELCOME TO CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Do you have a physical condition, but know, deep down, that you actually need to become more aware/conscious and you want answers, because your life is just not working for you anymore?
Do you want to discover what your body wants to bring to your awareness, so you can get to the root cause of your condition, understand it, accept it, come to terms with it and finally heal it?
Do you want to finally understand what has been causing you to feel out of sorts for so long, so you can resolve it and let it go?
Do you recognize yourself in one or more of the questions below?
Why do I have these (chronic) symptoms?
What does my condition/illness want me to know?
Can I heal by changing my mind?
Why do I continue to do the things I don't want to do?
Why do I hold onto the things that make me unhappy?
Why do I avoid confrontations?
Why do I feel so sad (or angry) all the time?
Why am I so afraid that....
Why do I feel I am no longer the person I used to be?
Craniosacral therapy is a holistic therapy integrating “mind, body and soul”. I use this modality as a tool to address your physical, emotional and psychological conditions, and to help you discover that which you deep down already know, namely that your condition is not physical, but finds its root cause on an deeper level.
Your body is a vehicle to bring our unconscious beliefs, which keep the above questions in place, to the surface. The soul (spirit or higher self), wants to evolve and grow; the mind (thoughts, ego and personality) maintains the status quo by holding on to unconscious beliefs, negative thoughts of lack, guilt, shame and fear as well as the tendency to want to always to protect itself; the body (including senses and emotions) is the vehicle to let us know that the soul and mind are not aligned. This causes dis-function and dis-ease in the body.
This path is not for everyone. It is not a quick fix, but requires inner work processes of self-awareness, self-reflection, self-discovery, self-understanding, self-transformation, which finally leads to self-love and self-mastery. This is not easy and requires courage and determination.
Do you recognize yourself in the above description and do you want to begin (or continue) the journey toward healing, peace, joy and happiness?
Then you will find Craniosacral therapy to be the perfect partner.
"The Universe is not outside of you. Look inside yourself; everything that you want, you already are."
